What materials are used in your jewellery?

Our designer jewelry is crafted from high-quality brass and/or copper, which ensures durability and provides a unique aesthetic. To enhance the beauty of each piece, we incorporate stunning stones such as cubic zirconia, pearls, rubies, emeralds, kundan, and polki. 

Will the actual product look/feel different from the image displayed on the website? 

While we strive to provide accurate representations of our products online, there may be slight variations in color due to photographic lighting or differences in monitor settings. However, you can expect to receive the same product as displayed. We recommend checking our detailed descriptions for any specific details regarding color and texture.

How can I measure my ring size? 

To accurately measure your ring size at home, take a piece of thread or string and wrap it around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps to complete one circle. For example, if your measurement is 2.14 inches long, your ring size would be 14.

How can I measure my bangle size?

Measuring your bangle size is simple! Use a measuring tape and wrap it around your wrist until it completes one circle. Note down this measurement and check our conversion chart for corresponding bangle sizes here: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0610/9472/3750/files/size_charts_app_bracelets.jpg?v=1651234736  For instance, if you measure 6.76 inches around your wrist, then a bangle size of 2/2 will fit you perfectly.

What is your exchange/return policy?

If you receive a defective product, we offer an exchange for a new item at no additional cost. Please note that refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed; they are subject to review based on the condition of the returned product. Can I change/cancel my order?

Yes! You can change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. To do so quickly and efficiently, please contact us at 416-830-5465 or via email at jewellery.anya@gmail.com with your order number along with your request. It’s best to act fast since orders may ship immediately after being placed.

How can I check the status of my order?

We keep you informed throughout the ordering process by sending timely updates via email. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation containing shipping details along with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey directly.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 CAD within Canada and over $250 CAD for the U.S.-based orders! For orders under these thresholds in Canada there’s a flat rate shipping fee of $20 CAD; similarly in the USA under $250 CAD incurs a flat rate fee of $30 CAD.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we offer shipping to Canada and the USA. If you are located in a different country and would like to place an order, please reach out to us directly at jewellery.anya@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your shipping needs.

Can I schedule an In-person appointment?

Yes, we offer both Virtual and In-person appointments! Whether you prefer to meet us face-to-face or via video call, we're here to assist you with your jewellery needs. Please contact us to set up a convenient time.
