Returns & Exchanges

At ANYA, Quality is our top priority. Each piece of jewelry is crafted with care and precision. Because of this personalized nature:

- We generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours at jewellery.anya@gmail.com with a brief description and photo of the issue. We will investigate promptly and offer solutions such as repair or replacement.

Custom Orders:

Custom-made jewelry is tailored specifically for you; therefore, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Items:

In addition to custom-made jewelry, any item that shows signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations made by anyone other than ANYA will not be eligible for any repair or exchange.

Product Availability:

While we strive for real-time inventory updates on anyajewellery.ca, some items may still appear available when they are out of stock. In such cases, we will refund your purchase immediately and notify you accordingly.

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation receipt via email; however, this does not constitute a contract. Orders can be canceled due to insufficient stock or other reasons at our discretion. If you'd like to cancel or modify an order that hasn’t been processed yet, please reach out immediately via phone at  416-830-5465 or email jewellery.anya@gmail.com
