Shipping & Delivery
We want to make your shopping experience at ANYA easy and convenient. We are pleased to offer you three ways to receive your purchase - Pick-Up , Delivery and Shipping.
Pick-up Option:
We have two pick-up locations for your convenience: *Scarborough* and *Oshawa*. When checking out, simply select the “pick-up” option which will show 'Scarborough' option ONLY. But if you wish to pick up from 'Oshawa' pls contact us.
To schedule your pick-up, please email us at jewellery.anya@gmail.com with your preferred date, time, and location. Don’t forget to bring a piece of ID and your order number for verification when you arrive.
Delivery Option:
Prefer delivery? We’ve got you covered! We charge $20 extra to specific locations
Free Shipping:
- Canada: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150 CAD
- USA: Free shipping is available on orders over $250 CAD
Canada:
Orders shipped within Canada via Canada Post typically arrive in 2-7 business days, depending on your postal code. Please note that rural areas may experience longer delivery times. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, carrier delays can occur beyond our control.
USA:
For shipments to the United States, we use Canada Post, USPS, or UPS based on availability. Expect delivery in 3-5 business days for most areas; however, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may take longer.
International:
We currently do not accept orders outside Canada and the USA via website. Please e-mail us if you reside outside Canada/USA and want to place an order with us
